Delivery Information

Ensuring that your order arrives with you on time and in perfect condition is one of our top priorities. We use a range of the UK’s best couriers to make sure that everything goes to plan. Depending on what you have ordered with us, we may use a specific courier who we have found handles the delivery of that product best.

Pumping Stations

All of our pumping stations include free delivery to your premesis or chosen delivery address. 

The customer must inform us of any poterntial obstacles the courier may face for example; low bridges, narrow roads and sharp narrow corners. If the courier cannot deliver your order due these reasons and we wasn’t aware of them, a re delivery fee of £50 will be charged.

Accessories, Alarms & Spares
Accessories and other items are subject to a delivery fee which is dependant on the size of the item, you will be told the shipping
fees during checkout.
